Walking The Talk: Celebrating (Real) Employee Success Stories
Exhibit 1: Stine, one of the role models, was interviewed about how Fitness World helped her balance work and personal life. We crafted her story, which was used in both external talent acquisition and internal communications to highlight Fitness World's employee promise.
The challenge was twofold: attracting new talent and ensuring current employees felt comfortable during the process. Our campaign focused on identifying key change agents and promoting their stories in fitness centers, on social media, and through TV spots.
Exhibit 3: Unified communication rolled out across web, social media, fitness centers, recruitment platforms, and TV spots, creating a cohesive employer brand.
